SLAT CONVEYOR |

| The Asmech Slat Conveyor is made from 2.5mm thick stainless steel (mild steel powder coated available if required) and comes in standard 2450mm long lengths. We offer heavy duty box section support legs, and all come complete with easily adjustable feet. Other options are available upon request. The slat conveyor also gives the option of being supplied with varying types of side guides to suit different products, these include fixed width, manually adjustable and also pneumatically adjustable. The standard slat chain width is 3.25” and is the most frequently used size by our customers. |
Asmech also offer a full range of slat widths and types… these include straight running, side flexing, side gripping and specialist applications such as vacuum type (all available upon request) Bends are standard at either 500mm or 610mm centre line radius, or alternatively if space is an issue, we can offer a special 200mm tight radius bend. Slat conveyors can be provided with hoods to offer protection, these are heavy duty, and make the Asmech slat system one of the best in the industry. Motor gearboxes are generally of Eurodrive supply, and are fitted directly to the drive shaft to reduce moving parts, and maintain the highest specification in terms of cleanliness. |
